Design and ship agent and retrieval systems against real client workflows

Own the evaluation harness for the systems you build

Run shadow-mode rollouts and the first weeks of production

Sit in workflow walkthroughs with the people who do the work

5+ years shipping production software, 2+ with LLM or ML systems

Strong Python; comfortable with TypeScript

You have debugged a system at 2am and written the runbook after
